Anyone having problems with the fuser film not rotating and causing the paper to stall going through. I have had at least 3 and 2 of them have been the same machine. I replace it and it works fine for months.

Try stretching the spring in the fuser drive assy. Worked for me. After a while it gets week and will and turn the fuser, a new fuser will work for a while and then it starts jamming again.
There must be a dozen threads about the teflon sheet drying out on these fusers, slowing the fuser drive. They never make yield.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Assuming it is like Brother MFPs you can disassemble fuser and wipe out old grease clean everything and put new grease. Job done for a moment. If teflon sleeve is worn out that is another story.

Sorry wrong post
I followed this video and after running about 50-60 copies it seems to work. I couldn't get 1 copy before. I will test some more. I used a high temp grease that I use on Canon and HP.

Yes the sleep timers get reset by the customer. Need to check them.
Tried the same way...
I had problem when printing in morning, first print was still smeared.
Dissassembled again, cleaned and used grease with few drops of silicon oil.
So far (5000-6000pages) it is working fine.
Anyway new fuser and "silent mode" works best. Even the client is happy when i tell them that i made printer quieter
