    taskalfa 3501i

    When make a copy the first page is ok the second few dark lines , third page has a lot of wider dark lines.
    The lines are not look from drum .Charge roller is new ,Performed dev initialazation, drum refresh ,calibration with no result. Any idea?

    samples?
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Today i had the same problem to an other machine.
    I have noticed that in both machines the toner is almost empty . HAs the problem something to do with this?

    Im remembered that 2 months ago i have had the same problem with this exact machine. I replaced developer unit with an other from an other machine and it worked till now

    It looks like the same problem I have noticed when using compatible toners.
    You can go to sim 147 and change the mode setting to 0 instead of 1
    This setting will use less toner
    or you can change to OEM toners, but maybe you will still need to change mode setting to 0 if the developer
    unit is contaminated enough from the compatible toner previously
