Hmmmm....I'm torn between PrintWhisper and Blackcat's solution.

Is the laser slit glass clean?

Less likely: perhaps the magenta primary transfer roller is not shifting correctly, maybe popped out of it's bushings?

Have you emergency stopped the machine to determine if you have a good latent image on the magenta drum? ... on the primary transfer belt? =^..^=

Already replaced primary transfer belt and the dev unit doesnt have the little grey button

Good job parsing LSU drive signals, you should also carefully check the waste toner bottle is turning without obstruction.

This is because the Engine PWB->Laser APU connection includes a 24v line to supply LSU cleaning motor.
This voltage is also used to drive the WT motor. If there was an overcurrent due to mechanical binding that could have zapped it.
