It would be nice to see a sample. Something like this:
And it might help to know what model that you're referring to. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If your copier has a charge roller (or four), I would start with cleaning the magenta primary charge roller.

I still don't know what model copier you have. =^..^=

Hi guys the copier is a UTAX 3206
ive already replaced the complete drum unit which comes complete with charge roller also replaced magenta dev unit and primary transfer belt
Although all colour copies have the magenta lines there is no magenta in the actual copies
if you look at the sample calibration the magenta square is missing
    thanks

Is the little gray button staying pressed in on the developing unit?
Is the laser slit glass clean?

Less likely: perhaps the magenta primary transfer roller is not shifting correctly, maybe popped out of it's bushings?

Have you emergency stopped the machine to determine if you have a good latent image on the magenta drum? ... on the primary transfer belt? =^..^=

My guess is LSU magenta laser drive is fubar. Note existing deletion edge indicating good charge and no defect where laser does not write to.

This is why bias components had no effect. Loupe examination of defect should show some level of dot pattern.
