It would help if you included a few more of the characters in the model number. Kyocera has manufactured a KM-3050 (FalconIII), KM-C3050ci (AlphardI Venus), ECOSYS P3050dn (6th Generation), KM-3060 (Stratos), ECOSYS P3060dn (6th Generation), ... maybe more.
If you mean the ECOSYS P3050dn printer & the ECOSYS P3060dn printer, then yes ... they're the same.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

the drum is dark colored
4 km 3050 https://external-content.duckduckgo....faa&ipo=images
4 km 3060 https://external-content.duckduckgo....efa&ipo=images
That's not going to work. Both drums are A-Si coating, but the FalconIII drum is 40mm diameter. The Stratos drum is 30mm diameter.
Even if you separate the drum from the unit, it just won't fit. =^..^=
