Warranty them until you can't, then rebuild them following some of the threads on here. Remove the teflon sliding sheet.

You will remove only oil pad and use HP grease.

In my case did not last at all...
After fuser cooled down then first page came out smudged. I don´t know, maybe i don´t have good grease.

I disassembled the fuser once again and added new grease plus few drops silicon oil. Has worked like 6 months so far.
