Problem with DS-7100 - does not pick up paper

Hello.
I have a problem with the DS-7100 feeder in the Kyocera TaskAlfa 2552ci. There was a broken hinge in the lifting plate - I replaced it but the feeder does not work.
All sensors work in U244, only "Branch Motor HP" is active all the time. In U243, after starting the test, the engine has no reaction - no engine is working. The device does not report any errors. Any ideas?
