salve ho installato una taskalfa 221 nuova dopo 400 stampa mi compare una striscia nera di 3cm. gli ho sostituito la macchia con un'altra nuova mi fa lo stesso problema esce sempre una striscia nera e' stato cambiato anche tutto il drum e corona ma niente il problema esce sempre.a qualcuno e' capitato questo problema? grazie

I think I am interpreting the problem correctly. Does the black streak cover the void areas at lead edge, trail edge, and side void? Does the streak appear on internal prints, like status pages or counter pages?

If yes to both questions, I think you can rule out any optical (scanning) problem. There are three possibilities in my opinion:
1) Poor drum cleaning.
2) Mottling (toner adhering to the developing roller).
3) Dirty laser slit glass.

I do not think that this is caused by the primary corona wire cleaner. Just to be sure run the primary wire cleaning in the system menu > maintenance/adjustments.

Penso che interpreto il problema correttamente. Fa la striscia nera copre le aree nulle al primo margine, il margine di pista ed il vuoto di lato? La striscia appare sulle stampe interne, come le pagine di stato o contraddice delle pagine?

Se sì a entrambe le domande, penso che lei possa escludere ottico (scandendo) il problema. Ci sono tre possibilità secondo me:
1) la pulizia di tamburo Povera.
2) Chiazzando (il colorante che aderisce al rullo di sviluppo).
3) Sporca il bicchiere di fenditura di laser.

Non penso che questo sia causato dal pulitore di filo metallico di corona primario. Appena essere sicuro di correre la pulizia di filo metallico primaria nel menu di sistema> le manutenzione/regolazioni. =^..^=
