code 621 mita 8090

getting code 621 main pcb has been replaced and checked for pinched or disconnected wires i am able to reset this code and make copies but it takes alot of opening the doors before it resets please help

Have seen this problen once before. it was the transport interlock switch. It\'s the safety switch that gets actuated when you slide the transport section in.
