    Re: system error f425 Kyocera

What you write about does not make any sense! This code appears immediately after turning on the machine and not when printing

Did you delete all remaining printfiles from spooler?
    Stand alone system?
Start up with unplugged network cable?

The code re-appears after a reboot because the print job is still in the print queue on the computer that it originated from. The computer sees the job failed to print so it holds it in the print queue. When it sees the printer back online, it resends the job.

Delete the job from the computer's print queue first, then reboot the copier. If that doesn't work, unplug the network cable and reboot the copier. If it operates fine, its a different computer that's sending the print job.

Printing the file again will likely result in the same error. They can try to redownload the file, or print it from a different program if possible. If printing a webpage, try a differently browser. If printing a PDF file, make sure to open it in Adobe Reader, not the internet browser.

Make sure your firmware and print drivers are up to date.

    Hope this helps!

Nice entrance codes to maintenance mode.
10871087 normal code for entering, but won`t work if any printjob wants to get out.
Please remember first in first out principle...
06141010 won`t work anymore, to often published by technicians.
Now entrance to "security maintenance mode" only possible by using from special USB key + additional security code by KYO technicians only.
They can`t share USB key + code......

No cable is connected to the printer.

    Re: system error f425 Kyocera

In this case we are having maybe internal communication error.
I know F423 means Fax controlling error/ broken Fax PWB.
Do you have FAX (U) installed? I yet, remove it at first and check again.
Your LEDs are flashing very fast/ too fast for normal operation.
Maybe controlling error between operation panel <--> main pwb, or controlling shortcut because of faulty Fax 8U).
I think without exchange from one or more pwbs you won`t solve this problem.

Overwriting from FW without "ES-SKIP.on" file sometimes can be helpfull.
Before exchange from any pwbs i prefer to run FW overwriting at first.
But you must be carefull, if one component inside is broken, there is the possibilty to get "Stucking in FW upgrade" with error code like "0801" or else.
We also have had this at Hanabi range because of broken adress book on main pwb on danish market. because of wrong language packet.........
It`s not possible for you to delete the faulty adress book, this must be done by debugger tool from KYO technician.

Now i watched your video again and
You had written wrong CF code!!
System shows F245 instead of F425!!!
Please have a look for Bulletin F165_COM_347
You need special reset Main FW to solve it.
79MB is too big for sending by mail.
I attach the bulletin and you must download the reset file from KYO webpage.
