KM 2050 Copying half of the page!!!!!

Hello comrades,

I have a KM2050 with a metre reading of 318,914. When you are copying or printing, the first few copies will come out nicely but then after ten to twenty copies/printouts, it will start giving very faint or blank on one side of the paper or it will print half of the page and the rest would be blank. I have changed all the consummables but the problem still persists.
What can I do?

I would start by checking all the connectors for charge leakage, especially on the dev connectors. Then swop the developer unit and tone it up with original toner, If the problem still persists.....test the high voltage PWB.

I think you should:
1/ Clean or check the transfer roller (see page 1-6-42).
2/ Clean the main charger wire and grid, if it is extremely dirty, replace the main charger unit
