Taskalfa 6053 toner bleed out

Howdy folks,

Customer called in with a K eprom error. Power cycle cleared that but i noticed a defect in the prints. In high density blacks im getting a bleed out reaching for the lead edge. Mostly on the front frame side. Swapped drum, dv, transfer belt. I took the old transfer roller out of the side door and cleaned the contacts but no luck. Machine has about 900k and had it's 600k PM kit but the U127 counter was not reset for the roller. Im not sure if that got done.

Im heading back with a new belt and transfer roller as this was suggested by another senior tech. Any body else seen this?

Replacing the transfer belt and transfer roller did resolve this.
