12" or 12.54" width.
Yes:
Full Bleed or Arch B: 12" x 18" from tray #2 and multipurpose tray,
SRA3: 12.54" x 17.74" from tray #2 and multipurpose tray,
or banner: 12" x 48" from multipurpose tray.
No:
Will not take ANSI B+ & Super B: 13" x 19"

As a professional technician, it helps a lot to know about paper sizes and media types. About 10 yrs ago I put together this spreadsheet about paper. It's not complete information by any stretch of the imagination, but there's lots of useful stuff here.

And yes, changing the extension after downloading from .pdf to .xls worked just fine.

maybe it's something i haven't seen. but anytime i wanna know the specs of what a copier will do. after a google search, the brochure lists the specs, which also shows the max size of paper it can handle in each of the tray/trays and the bypass.
