paper cassete stuck about 10 inches out and it can close. Customer said it opened cassete to fill paper and then it doesn;t close. I checked rails etc and looks ok. Any idea?

Not sure if that is the model that has the retard roller holder that breaks on the feed unit .
did you pull it completely out and look behind it?
Most often, a piece of plastic breaks out of the rail on the right or left of the paper tray (ON the paper tray, not in the the machine). It's usually because somebody leaned on it while it was pulled out. I attempted to epoxy one tray, and it held for a while, but I think this is a behavior that customers tend to repeat. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
