This code relates to DMA/pwb- no tech bulletins or knowledge of this code. Any pointers please?

I Had the same fault, i found the DMA board to be a bit loose, i replaced with our office machine, and it's been fine ever since, but so has the office machine, but i have since found out that cleaners where moving the machine around, and grapping it in the ADF connections area. Make sure the screws are all tight etc

This error typically refers to CIS failure when scanning second side. I'm assuming that you've got the DP-760 installed.

I would make sure that the DP connectors are well seated, then re-seat the CIS sensors. This may be one of the old style connectors without the protective cover. The last CIS I replaced caused a C3210 error. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I reset using sim 906 and upgraded f/w to v11 and the code went awol so I'm not 100% on exactly what sorted it- but it's ok!
