    M6035cidn error code C7001

    Got this error code, knows what it means, but want to knw what caused the error. Anyone? Thanks

    So what does it mean ?. The service manual has the code , the description, causes and remedies. I can give you what caused this, but will take about 4 pages of mechanical demonstration and another couple of pages of graphics. still want it ?.

    check the toner cartridge contact pins on the machine side. they get bent and shorted and cause all kind of issues. not saying this is the cause here, but still something to check first.

      Thanks man. But you gave me one cause
      Sometimes the service manual, gives you hints and solutions. When we have issues we want similar experiences and what was done to resolve it. I upgraded the firmware and resealed the black drum and toner and it's working okay under observation,

        Well this is a problem on the forum. One liners are dropped and with little of vague information about the issues and the perfect answers are expected. Just a word for the forum users. Learn to type and improve on your typing speed and you will find what you want to express will be so much easier. A very novice keyboarder can spend a long time trying to get two lines written.
