auto dial a fax prefix for outside line

I have a client using Kyocera A4's (M3645idn) for analog faxing.

They need to dial a 9 to get an outside line and would like to see if there is a way to have the device, by default, append the 9 to the beginning of any manually dialed outbound #?

Not a Kyocera guy but it looks like you make that setting in U699 Softswitch setting
