M5521cdn Cannot Login Message - Also won't scan to email now

Ok, I managed to login to command center, but I still can't get it to scan to email. Still getting 4803 error.

Hi Guys,

My M5521cdn was working fine, doing what it was supposed to, until today!
I have not changed anything and it stopped scanning to email, just beeping and printing an error 4803.

I tried to login to command center, but after getting to the main basic info page, it just keeps coming up with 'you cannot login' - I tried another password, just in case and it says wrong password. Enter the right one again and same you cannot login message.

I can login on the panel on the unit itself using the login and password. That works fine. It loads the login page fine, just won't allow me to login.

I've tried http & https, I've tried firefox & safari (I'm on a Mac) - same outcome.

I have checked that http, https, SSL etc are all enabled on the unit itself. All good.

Any ideas?

You try to use a computer using the Windows OS. Use IE to access the interface with account & password: Admin.

The email gets used regulalrly. It is set up specifically for the machine and was only used 2 days prior for scanning.

Which email service are you using?

I did see another solution posted was an incorrect time setting on the machine. Might be worth a look.

just using a simple SMTP setup, direct setup on the domain. No MS Exchange or anything. I haven't changed anything on the system and it was scanning to email 2 days ago. Really can't figure it out!!
