2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi,
Do you mean the time it takes until the printer goes to sleep mode? I would say that takes about a minute.
Worked really well, didn't remove everything, but I got a lot of the toner removed.

And after that repeating error was fixed, my printer decided to smear toner all over the place (drum was dirty after one print job) so i cleaned the drum cleaning rubber thingy and now I have nice white pages
