Hi everyone,

We are having printing problems with this printer, it jams every time a document is tried to print, and the following piece has appeared on the top cover at the back of the printer. Does anyone know what piece it is and what it is for and if it be put back in the printer? Apart from all this, the paper continues to run aground every time it is used.
