    Reset

    Hello,

I have purchased a Kyocera M6535cidn from a liquidated company and when i start it up it is trying to connect to a server and i cannot access the admin login as i dont have the username and password supplied with it.

Is there anyway i can sort this issue out? May be i can hard reset the machine?

    TIA

if your machine has a lock with an access code, you need to log in to administrator mode. As a last resort, restore in service mode

    Re: Reset

Might try the numerical value of the model number.

for example on Kyocera 420 you can put in 4200 for the pass and its the same.

i dont know what it is for a 6535 but you could try 3500 or something along those lines. But ya Giuboss is right its default is Admin Admin.

Have you tried running maintenance mode 21? This should initialize the machine back to out of the box status.
