    Kyocera M5521cdw Repetitive print Defect

Have a repetitive image defect at about 76mm, book says 75.3mm is drum. Anyhow, looking at drum and I cant see anything wrong with it.
So, I ran a drum refresh several times and the DEV-CLN several times. Nothing changed, any insight would be appreciated.

If you notice, there is a line each of CMY at equal intervals apart. I suspect that you've got scratches on CMY drums ... yes all of them. Maybe somebody "cleaned" the machine for you? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

As the lines are in all colours I would suspect the transfer belt is causing the issue.

The customer can't access the drums to scratch them but they can gain access to part of the transfer belt so take that out & inspect it.

All 4 drums. It would be expensive I guess. Swap cyan drum with yellow and see if cyan marks become yellow.

Belt or someone has took the drums out and they weren't gentle putting them back in.
