I've been having a continuing problem with this building up of toner on the pressure roller. I have written about this previously. I have replaced the fuser on warrantee, increased the heat settings, tried different paper types, decreased density, set it on ecomode, updated to the latest firmware, other imaging parts have been changed while chasing a different problem. Cleaning pages don't seem to help, & I have talked to kyocera about it. I think the longest it has gone without hearing about it is around two or three months. Now it's tax season and it fills up every one or two weeks. The customer and I are quite put out by it. I don't know if there is any other possible way to correct it. I've seen some other copiers that have some kind of brush against the pressure roller connected to the frame. Would this help with anything if I could rig it up ? Is it futile ? I think I'm one step away from throwing it in the street. Thanks for your consideration.
