    Question P3260 Image Quality Problem IQP

    Hi, i'm new here. I want to ask what causes this like image problem¿

    It looks like a dirty primary charge, maybe combined with poor drum cleaning. Have you cleaned the primary charge roller yet?

    Use minimal water or glass cleaner, and make sure that it's completely dry before re-installing the charge unit. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    No i'didnt. I think it's best to customer get new DK-3190 / DK-3194 (there is 230v eu voltage) What differense between dk-3194 vs 3190. In manual 3194 is 240? What u think, wich one i have to order?

    How many prints on that drum unit?

    In the US it's a DK-3192 but I don't know about Finland. I don't have a manual for this particular model, but I would clean the primary charge roller first, and if that doesn't work, replace the primary charge roller. =^..^=

    Okay many thankses 4 responding. How about the cleaning systems like primary charge roller cleanin, some cases cleaning system fails and then comes a faults. If i want to be sure, is these cleaning systems in this dk-3190, roller comes with it.

    And only 6200 pages..... i know a drum is set up to 500,000 pages. Life counter are in this status page what i attach first post

    I thinking what kind systems is when it tranfering waste toner to box. Some cases this going to bloked somehow.

    There is no primary charge cleaning system on these models. The machine varies the primary charge to repel toner from clinging to the roller.

    There's probably nothing wrong with the drum or drum cleaning system at 6200 prints.

    Okay, THANK u!. So can i make it better 4 high air pressure clean? Do it make it better. Very weird roller going dirty in these pages 6,2k

    High pressure air will not help. Use water or glass cleaner, wipe dry, then let it dry completely.

    Is four repetitions of the same exact answer enough for you? =^..^=
