Kyocera 6053ci Fax driver on Windows 10 has Library error

I replaced a workstation the other day with A fresh Win10. Kyocera printer drivers and app all work fine. I installed the network fax driver and when it goes to open the dialog window that asks for the phone number and information I get an error box saying it can not load/find the library.

This should be simple. What am I missing?

Also I have tried allowing unsigned drivers in the group policy, installing VC++ package, and checked that they already had XPS installed all with no change

Quick correction, this is on a Windows 11 PC

same error for my work pc windows 11. I tried everything but nothing changed, I hope kyocera will solve it...
