Hello,
usually there is an error mesage exactly after turning on the machine. - Stay in front of the machine when restarting it an have a look at the panel!
The machine displays an error message on the operation panel like this:
e.g.:
F010
6610
etc.

it magnifies for me just fine. developer thermistor error. replace developer unit. personally i've never seen that code before.

well thanks for that,its a starting point.this is just a printer i bought on ebay for £1.something to play with in my retirement
