It looks about the right size for a primary charge roller. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is that burger grease or did it come out of the printer like that?

Looks like a faulty black drum (PCU).

I was told the problem started after the customer initially replaced the drum unit after I had replaced the drum assembly(replaced drum assembly only). I also cleaned the transfer assembly. Is the main charge roller that's being referred to the roller that is on the transfer assembly? Do I have to replace the entire transfer assembly, or are individual parts, aka this roller, able to be replaced without having to?

No, the primary charge roller(s) are not on the primary transfer unit. =^..^=

Hold on, isn’t this the machine the opens from the right side in a clam shell design? With the imaging unit assembly containing all four drums and not individual drums that you replace? If so how did the customer replace one drum? Maybe I’m thinking about a different machine but if it is that machine it could be one of the developer units that slot down into the imaging unit assembly or the imaging unit assembly itself. The primary charge rollers are also within the imaging unit and I thought that came as a while consumable item.

Anyway, let me know if I’m right in the machine type since Lexmark has so many model numbers and regional variations.

xc2132 you can replace just the black drum, but the other 3 is one unit to be replaced. the 3 colors has a vacant spot to the right where you slide the black into position.
