I'm sticking with my original diagnosis.
Another consideration: Since this is monocomponent developing, it only takes a little paper dust under the S-blade to create voids on the developing roller. This was particularly common on Samsung boxes. I've taken apart a few of the Samsung cartridges, but I can never seem to get them back together again. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

You have contamination under the S-blade. Boards will do nothing for this ... but spending some money for no good reason. Use that money to buy a few replacement cartridges. =^..^=

Try cleaning the laser crystals, it's easy to do and costs nothing.
Thanks Scotty. Those crystals were always a problem.
