Lexmark printer Error code - SERVICE ERROR [149] REDRIVE MOTOR

I've received a Lexmark MS810 printer from a customer which has a Error code - SERVICE ERROR [149] REDRIVE MOTOR. Has anybody got any idea how to fix and resolve the issue.

Redrive motor service check

Step 1
Ensure the cable for socket "REDRIVE” on the controller board is properly connected.

Step 2
Replace the upper redrive.

Step 3
Replace the controller board.
