M5155 jam 203.22

Not familiar with these but inherited one. M5155. Getting a jam 203.22
Says that is some type of redrive jam but paper actually doesn't make it out of the cassette all the way.
I also hear a short "click or thump" just before paper feed which seems to be at the rear of the printer.
I have replaced the fuser
Might be a common problem but not sure on this model.
Maybe someone has seen this before ??

It was the redrive motor
