Whenever printing from Networked PC, USB Flash thumb drive, or internal Configuration Report, the machine indicates "Tray 1 Missing" and "Tray 2 Missing". No other error messages appear on display. No obstruction to both paper tray insertions. Messages does not clear unless power cycling the machine, not even deleting the jobs in the printer's status menu. Updated to current Dec 2019 firmware successfully.
