Wondering if there's a way to change the value of the percentage used for the toners? Default value to display "low toner" message seems to be around 25% which is fine in high use machines, but in very low volume machines, the customer gets tired of seeing the low toner message whenever they do decide to print. Is there a setting in service/diagnostics that lets you adjust this value? Would like to lower it to 10%-15% remaining if possible.

Yes, there is a way. Log into the web portal - go to Device - and then look for Notifications. You'll see a hyperlink for Custom Supply Notifications and you can customize all alerts there.
