Lexmark T650 Red light flickering won't power on

Hello, This Lexmark T650 printer was working fine and was sat on a shelf for a back-up. 6 months later we needed it and went to power it on and the red light was flickering and does not power up. I believe I changed the display before I put it on the shelf but was working. Any help would be very appreciated.

Recheck and remove and reseat the connectors
