As long as they pay the bill, that's fine.

When possible, watch for a button "View as PDF", "Printable View", or "Download as PDF". That flattens the image, so that any embedded web links do not freak out the printer.

It's definitely not solved. But you'll get plenty of opportunities to remind them. Just remember to bill every time. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks for your help. There was no option to download a pdf or any of the other options that you listed. They right click on the screen and select print. Is there a fix for this?

How about the thing that drive Copytechnet newbies crazy?:

Add "print" to the end of the weblink to get a printable view. =^..^=

If they're using Windows 10 or newer, they can always print to the built-in PDF printer and then send that. It's an extra step, but it can often get rid of a lot of these issues.

    Two other things to try:

Increase the buffer on the machine, if the option is available to change. I've begun to max out most of the Ricoh equipment I manage and a lot of the slow printing of webpages and odd errors has been drastically reduced.

Install an ad blocker into the browser. I'd only recommend uBlock Origin as it has the most controls and features. Some times the error comes from some kind of coding or media on the site that the machine can't process.

This is the most detailed explanation/fix for printing webpages that I've read. I'm gonna get with the customer and walk her thru using the built-in PDF printer. I don't think she'll mind the extra step considering the frustration she's been experiencing.

I'm also gonna check out the buffer speed. I find that very interesting and may do this to all of my machines in the field. Thanks, man.
