Lexmark imaging unit low message - at 20K remaining

Greetings all, to avoid customers from changing or requesting changing imaging unit prematurely, is there a way to disable the warning? there is nothing wrong with the quality.

Perhaps here: Settings, Device, Notifications, Custom Supply Notifications, Black Imaging Unit. In there you will find some things you can adjust and turn off. Not sure if this will work but it is worth a try.

yeah you can't turn it off. but you can do as was stated in the message above mine. it is probably alerting on like 30%. you should be able to drop it to 10, maybe even 5.
