Maybe you had some time to look for third party drivers?

Manufacturer is RFIdeas (https://www.rfideas.com/) and I bought it here RDR-80581AK0 - RFIDeas-shop
I thought in the same way, but now I'm in the closed loop.

I'm from Lithuania. We are implementing project with Equitrac and Ricoh+KM MFP's. With KM BHC224e we would use RFIDeas RDR-80581AK0 card readers which are compatible with KM. This card reader is universal and supports more than 40 different types of cards including IDTECK. By the RFIDeas support in US recommendation I have ordered RDR-80581AK0 from distributor in Europe. After I have contacted to RFIDeas support concerning driver for KM, but they sudgested to contact me directly to KM.

Hi there. what type of authentication unit is that. Is that an original KM product or a third party reader. Are you from ZA? the readers and drivers depends on the availability in different countries.

Hi, I have contacted to local KM office for support. They didn't supported me due to mystic internal rules. Could you be so kind and advice me what would be another right channel to obtain necessary driver.
I would be glad to use original KM card readers in this project, but unfortunately they don't support customer's ITteck cards. Baras.

Hi i would not be able to help you with that. I am part of KM international. You have to use the right channels to obtain it.
