I think that may be your problem these are very old machines and polygon motors are quite fragile try a new one from ricoh

Try cleaning id sensors then do colour registration in user tools if that fails you can try ld pitch adjustment also check pm life hopefully just...

These fusers are very reliable a must don't just replace belt you MUST also replace the orange roller minimum. Best to rebuild completely with oem...
