Thank you very much I re-posted without print at the end - got to love software glitches - and yes paper in tray is good I've seen this issue once on a Kyocera machine where the board that generates the registration pattern would randomly generate the pattern during a print job - Unfortunately we haven't sold a sharp in about 6 years so they pulled our dealership recently but we / I still have to fix it
did you check the paper tray to see if they recycled paper? we could not respond to the post since print was the last word in the title
