Biography:

I started my long experience with copiers as a copy shop operator and supervisor that just happened to fall under the bad influence of the techs that came through: they always seemed to have fun. So once it came time to make a change, I went the copier support route. Working with copiers got me into learning IT. Once the copier tech route dried up, I've gone to the dark side of IT, but somehow copier and printer issues keep coming my way.

So all in all, I'm an IT support tech with the good sense of a copier man!
