I've worked on these things since 1981. Started with Sharp, then Ricoh, then Minolta, and since 1991, Toshiba, Kip and recently Xerox. I use to be all over the TABS bulletin board, but they have done away with it for some reason. Guess they don't like techs figuring out how to fix their crap without their input. Also, I have a "sense of humor"...if you don't like it, too bad.
