    MFX-3530 Toner low

    The customer replaced the toner with a new one and when prompted by the screen if they wanted to use the new toner they said "No." How stupid is that. Now the new full toner says toner low and the red bar is lit up. Tried reinstalling - turn machine on and off then put toner in. No good. Does anyone have a suggestion to override this message? Thanks in advance

    reinstallare il vecchio toner, quindi sostituire quello nuovo. Il chip dovrebbe avere il contatore non un fusibile
