do you have access to the portal(s) in question? your sm and portal should get what you seek

my guess would be no tho.

otherwise screen - auto update - and device would show either Murtec or KM would be displayed and would expect firmware updates would fail.

I believe you can. I have a customer that we have to change soft switch to make machine look like a KM. same firmware. Equivalent should be BizHub 364e.
