Hi, I'm writting from Croatia in Europe.
I work in a service department, servicing copier, small and large printer's, ploter … you can say everything that is a consider a printer
I prefer a Konica Minolta copier, don't have much problem whit them as I have whit others brand
I hope too learn new stuff from you and this forum

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
