paper jaming in adf ir5050

i have ir5050 machine. i press start key and adf pickup paper but paper jam in pressure roll and jam code like 045 and display jam PI11 in PCB delay. I replace ADF but problem is same Pl. help me.

pressure roller is in the fusing unit... ( unless you used wrong term )
