New here and not able to post a problem

Im Chris from Germany and i wanted to post a problem but it doenst get verified by admin.
Can anyone tell me why?

It has nothing to do with admin. If you have not replied to your welcome email, the system software does not allow posting to technical forums. If you have not received your welcome, check your spam/bulk folders.
