    Newbie here..!

Just checking in... I'm a tech working for a small print shop..work with 3 Ricoh 907ex and 5 Ricoh 8100 machines.
This is a great site! Very helpful with a lot of the issues I've come across, so far.

Glad to have you join us. With that many production machines you must go through tons of paper. I had a school district two and the printer there ordered paper by the truckload. He got some of the best quality paper I have seen for less than anyone else charged.

That's no exaggeration! We're averaging almost 40 cases/day. It has been getting expensive, so we've been trying out different brands, but most haven't agreed with both types of machines. We finally found one brand that is cheaper than what we had been using, and works even better on all our machines.
Thanks for welcoming me! It's nice knowing there are so many of us out there, and even nicer knowing we're so willing to help each other out!

    Welcome! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    Welcome!
