Screen stuck on welcome.
Machine has USB ports blocked(Bank).
Can not upgrade firmware thru USB port.
Can not get into Simulation to clear memory and hard drive.
No network connection.

I noticed he posted in other/proper forum after you mentioned it.
Also noted that this is basically a newbie issue.. hopefully instructing other newbies ..
