New member here. Been servicing copiers since late 1995. Now I service copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners, shredders, folders, paper cutters, and wide format Kips. I mainly do Ricoh/Savin, but also service Canon, Kyocera, HP, Samsung, Michael's Business Machines, Okidata, Muratec, and probably some others I forgot, lol. Thanks for letting me join. I guess my first contribution to the board, damp paper. Had a Kyocera apparently vaping today.

2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
