    CTN (Copytechnet) does not award full rights in the first 5 minutes. Your first posts must be in the Newbie Checkin forum, and are reviewed before being posted. Please allow a little time to get additional rights.

    Being technicians we're plenty used to snarky comments, so that's nothing new, but it will not get you anything but those red cards. My recommendation is to be patient.

    Don't worry about Phil, he's more bark than bite. And no, I am not a moderator either, so please do not barrage me with private messages to get additional rights.

    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

    I see that Phil pretty much explained what CTN means. If you are still having trouble posting, trying posting a question here https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/s...and-questions/ or here https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/test-forum/. The first is for those needing answers to problems using this website. A few old timers BC and myself though not admins or moderators to try to help. The only current admin lives in or near New York City, I spelled that out for you in case you didn't know what NYC meant. He has been quite busy the last year + with his day job and personal life. He does login every few weeks or so to delete reported spammers and illegal advertisement. He will usually check https://www.copytechnet.com/forums/s...and-questions/ for amy one having a problem when he is logged in.

    Sending an unsolicited Private Message, PM, is a major no-no. Some techs such as myself will just ignore you and delete the message. Others will red card you, especially if you send more than 1 PM.
