Impressive work record.
how's the FP business going for you? my last employer got sucked into that brand a little to late and there were 3 dealers within 150 mi radius from us.
plus more people are dropping snail mail ..so sales really sucked ( but he didn't push the line either)
Welcome

We sell several a month. I just saw three of them go out yesterday. The Mailers have been super simple to work on. 99% of the time I fix them over the phone. The folders seem to do well but when they start messing up it is a chore to work on them. And I won't discuss the High Speed Inkjet printer they sell. Right now I am the only person factory trained on them in the Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus area that we cover. (Due to Covid Layoffs) The only place I know of in Dayton that sells them other than us is a place that does Mailing system machines and they were trying to partner with FP to produce an all in one mass mailer, folder and perforating machine.
yeah the stamp units can be fixed over the phone for the most part... folder are another story. Had put one in the US District court in raleigh, the customer decided they didn't like the spot the first picked... lifted it by the input trays.. broke the plastic and bent the feed pans... then bitched because they had to pay for the repair. OFW ...
never saw the inkjet printer.. bet that is a doozy of a mess.

When they are used properly they are great. They are meant to do thousands of prints a day. They always need to run and they should never be shut off. If you have to clean one you better have a change of clothes and you won't get the ink off your skin for a week. If they aren't ran all the time the print head will dry and you have to replace it. They are not cheap.
